Projects of Hope

As the leader in Alzheimer’s education and support, the Heart of America Chapter will offer two major conferences in 2007 to provide information and inspiration to both families and professionals who care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease. Conferences will be held in the spring and fall.

These uniquely designed programs extend beyond the reach of our core services and speak to the language of hope. Alzheimer’s disease may diminish its victims’ ability to communicate and remember, but the capacity of the human spirit remains untouched. The Alzheimer’s Association Heart of America Chapter is committed to pioneering and facilitating enriching experiences for people with Alzheimer’s, and those who care for them, in ways that bring dignity and honor to their lives.
